Door view cam. Peep hole

Hi. My Door View Cam (peephole) is probably about 3 years old. Suddenly it won’t let me conduct live view and it will not save any video history. It will notice movement or ring but no video. I have played with all settings, reset everything. WiFi is great and is no issue at all. Device health is clear.
However when I conduct a reboot through the app, it will work for a short period.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hi @user71997. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health screen? Is there a specific error message you’re seeing in the Event History or when you try to load Live View? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end.
