Door chime plug adapter issues!a

Hi folks,

I am struggling to get the above back online however no lights are flashing so i suspect the power is not working inside the unit.
where can i get a replacement for my parents as i wish to get this up and running ASAP !!!

Hi @user72426. Can you clarify which device you have? If it’s the Ring Chime or Chime Pro, make sure to plug it into a working power outlet and then reset it by holding down the reset button on the side for 15 seconds. After that, walk through the setup process using the steps under Set Up a Device.
