Door Bell (3Gen) Low battery warning remains at 20% on replacement

My new Ring doorbell on 2 battery replacement requests with a new fully charged battery battery remains at 20% and quickly calls for a replacement?

Hi @Curtisden. Have you done any troubleshooting aside from trying different batteries? Have you rebooted or reset the Doorbell at all? I’d first recommend fully charging the battery before attempting a reboot. When charging the battery, you’ll see a green and orange LED lit up, which will change to only a green LED lit up to indicate the battery is fully charged.

Insert the fully charged battery into your Doorbell, then navigate to the Device Health page in the Ring app. You can find this by tapping the menu in the top left > Devices > your Doorbell > Device Health. Scroll to the bottom and tap Reboot This Device, which may take a few minutes.
