When trying to log in from the app, it don't recognise my phone number. Can anyone give me any advice. Much appreciated

Hi @Andykc. When you sign into your account on the Ring app, it should ask for your email address and your password. Ensure that you're entering the correct email address and password associated with your Ring account. After entering that information, you will have to enter a [Two-Step Verification](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024511592-What-is-Two-Step-Verification-) code that is sent via SMS to your phone number on file.
