Discount code problems

Subscribed to protect plan and money paid. Logged out and back in but when trying to purchase from RING.COM (UK site) the 10% discount is not applied.

Hi @Buzantium. What is the item that you are trying to buy, but not getting the 10%? The 10% discount is only applied to participating devices. This Help Center article here has information about Ring Protect Plan discount. Let me know if this helps.

@Tom_Ring I have this problem too.

I was told that taking out Ring Protect would improve the wifi connection and give me 10% on a Doorbell.

I took out the Protect Plus option and planned to buy a new Video Doorbell 4 + solar charger and No-drill mounting kit with my 10%. The discount just does not work. I’ve logged in and out multiple times, cleared browser cookies and history but nothing.

The link for discount qualifying products just doesn’t work (page not found).

Please can you help.

I followed your link and clicked on the Discount link. It says “Page does not exist” so I cannot check. I was looking to purchase the external ringer, solar panel, external battery pack, 2nd Gen motion sensor and 2nd Gen contact sensor.

Any chance this can be fixed as I’m looking to purchase additional sensors for my new alarm system and the website just never applies the 10% discount it seems to ignore the fact that I have purchased a protect plan.

I have the same problem every single time I want to buy anything, and since they don’t offer email support I have to start a chat every time, and go through the same process every time (log out, delete cookies, incognito etc etc).

Ring is SO buggy, it’s not a retail product imo. I ordered again today and am now going through the process of claiming back the 10% manually again, horrible experience every time.
