Hello, twice now recently I’ve tried to disarm my Ring while it is alarming on my phone and it doesn’t work. I got a “mode change failed” alert but nothing else was wrong. Thanks
Hey @Jwebsternp. It seems like your Ring app may not be fully loaded when you try to disarm it, which is giving you this message. I have had this happen once when I was connected to my wifi network on my phone when trying to do the same action. Also, you may have double tapped the button, giving you this message since it is already in Disarm mode (in the background, looks like it accepted the mode change). Ensure you’re only clicking it once, and feel free to load the app with wifi off in the event that this happens again!
