I would like to get information on how to disable only 1 phone from getting ring alerts. I am out of town and the chime is driving the dog who lives here crazy. She runs to the door barking every time my Ring at home goes off. I don’t want to disturb my daughters phone from receiving chimes tho. Help?
Good question @Mischa! The Control Center in your Ring app will help best with this. Control Center allows the owner to remove Authorized Client Devices they do not wish to be connected to their Ring account. I hope this helps! 
I actually removed the chime tone from my phone in my phone settings. I still receive the text alert that someone is at my front door, which is good.
