Similar to a hardwired alarm system, you should have the ability to enable or disable the keypad chirps from the keypad itself. We have keypads bear the entry door and in the master bedroom. We set the chirps before bed at night, but when people leave in the morning, they should be able to disable the chirps on the keypad near the entry door before opening it.
