I like to keep an eye on my kids in the back garden using the plug in cam with live view. Unfortunately the app will switch off after 10 minutes. Is there a way to disable the 10 minute time out?
I bought the cam plug in version to have a constant view on my tablet running all the time.
HI @Dingdongdog. The Live View will automatically time out after 10 minutes, and there is not an option to turn this time out off. Ring Cameras are not designed to have the Live View open continuously, and you would need to re-open the Live View after it times out.
