DIN Rail Transformer for Wired Video Doorbells (2nd generation)

Hello
My DIN Rail Transformer for Wired Video Doorbells (2nd generation) has stopped working in less than a year since purchase, and is no longer charging up my doorbell. I've used a multimeter to test the input and output of the transformer, and I have 240v going in, and 0v coming out.
Can anyone help?
Thanks.

Hi @Theogermal. Is there any damage to the wiring along the doorbell circuit? If you don't feel comfortable checking it, I'd suggest consulting a qualified electrician. If the wiring appears to have no issues but the transformer is still not putting off power, please get in touch with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Contact-Us#callus) for further assistance.
