Same issue. I just gave ring app access to my location “always”, and when I opened the ring app to set up a new chime, suddenly all the app setup prompts are in Dutch. My iphone language is set to English and my location is set to where I live in the USA.

Also having this issue only in emails notifications. I’m receiving all mobile app notifications in french and all emails in english. It’s not bothering me since i’m bilingual but i would prefer to choose myself in the app ui or web ui. Also, the voice prompts from the base station are all in english.
