Devices waiting to connect to Network

Ok, so the location manager kicked all the users off the alarm and has basically disappeared, will not answer any call etc.
So we did a full reset and managed to get the base station setup as a new user, but all the devices connected but say they are waiting to connect to a network. The base station has full wifi connection.
I have tried all the various reset options no go, any ideas?

Hi @user75551. If you have already tried to reset your Alarm pieces and they are still not able to join your Base Station, give our support team a call for further assistance.
