We updated our router. Ring app says it’s connected to our wifi, but devices won’t connect.

Since you’ve updated your router, you likely will need to reconnect your devices in the Ring App. If you’re working with a Doorbell or Camera, you can navigate to the Device Health screen for each one and you will see a Reconnect to Wi-Fi option. Follow the steps there and it will walk you through reconnecting your device to your wifi network. I hope this helps!
