You guys sure charged my credit card instantly, why isn’t the product I paid for, working?

Hi @Jwbucks. Can you provide some additional details regarding the issue you’re having? Which Ring device you have? The device name is on the Device Health page in the Ring app. If this is an issue with your Ring Protect plan, which feature is not working properly?
