Dear Lord, can we please get an option to filter out neighborhood alerts that are from accounts with no registered device? Or at least filter out alerts that aren’t associated with a device event?
My neighborhood is bombarded with bogus troll posts. I’m assuming anyone can just sign up on Ring and create alerts even without a device? If you’re going to allow that, please let us users that actually USE the product filter out that stuff? And if you actually do need a device to create an account… fair. Can’t keep people from being annoying. But at least provide an option to allow us to only get notifications for neighborhood alerts when it comes from device event (ie the only alerts we can put some trust in).
