Device offline notification

No notifications when a device goes offline? What kind of system is this? This needs to be implemented ASAP as it is a huge security issue! I shouldn’t have to constantly check my app to see when your devices are offline and have to be reset. This happens more often than I want and now I feel the constant need to keep checking my device list to see what’s offline, if anything. This is just plain stupid. Your system knows where it’s offline, so why not email and text me when it is!
