I had two ring account created the first one was used with my business email and I was able to use the free trial so when that ended I decided to create a new account with a different email and such thinking I could get another free trial but I didn’t so I ended up purchasing the basic plan of 40 a year. My worry is that I deleted my first account so I could use my business email for the second account that I created but would it effect my second account like would it delete it too since it was under the same device and address?
Hi @user72876. Deleting a Ring account will not affect another Ring account. Devices can only have one owner (Ring account) so deleting a Ring account that is not associated with a device will have no consequence.
