Customer service states 7/24

If the web-site states 7/24 hour serves … why am I been on hold so far 1hour and 5 mins now… I am so glad I am not at gun point or my wife and I would be dead by now. … I am thinking I might be trashing this camera system.

Until & unless Ring mends it’s ways & not handover the control of the camera to the end user to set up & program it to meet their requirements and not be dogmatic of being my way or the highway, we will always have issues. Somewhere I also read that Ring hands over limited customer information to other companies which is a strict no no. If the customer manages their own device then all this could be stopped.
