I have registered my credit card details on the site twice and I am still getting emails to say payment has failed. Yet it says my next billing date is Dec 2024

Have I paid or not?!!

Hi @user73473. There is not a way for us here in the Community to determine if you’ve paid your bill or not. For this, you’ll have to contact our support team. Try checking your Ring Protect Plan statues on Ring.com. If that does not work, please follow up with our support team. You can also get in touch by sending a private message @Ring on Facebook or Twitter.
