Bought a couple Ring doorbells from Costco and they came with a one year protection plus plan, now ring is trying to charge me for these added devices?
Hey @Scottgradin. As long as the Costco Protect Plus Plan trial is still active and on your account, any devices that you add to that same location should be covered under that extended trial. Any additional devices added to a new location will need another plan, as plans are either device (for Basic) or location (for Plus) specific. I recommend giving our support team a call if you are unsure if all your devices are under the same plan, and to ensure the Costco’s offer on the extender trial is still active for your account.
