Hi, i’m having trouble reconnecting my camera devices after a recent upgrade to faster broadband with an Eero 6 router.
I’ve tried…
- resetting the doorbell
- resetting my phone
- resetting the Eero router
- Connecting my alarm base unit to the router via Ethernet.
- moving my router and alarm base until within 8ft of the wired doorbell.
- putting Eero in 2gb mode
- putting Eero into Legacy mode
- praying to any deity that will listen.
Please, please help!
