Hi @Nancy5. This Help Center article here will go over the process for linking MyQ and the Ring app. This is integrated by use of the Amazon Key app, which does require an Amazon Account.
Thank you, but as I stated, I don’t want an Amazon Account. I will just continue using MyQ seperately.
