Configurable blue LED on doorbells or cameras

There is a little (blue) led light which shows up when movement is detected.
This would be interesting to make that led blink each 5,10 or 15 secs to show strangers there is an active protection in place and dissuade them.
This should apply to all external cameras, wired or not.
