I would like to raise a formal complaint. My Order was cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances”. I have spoken with support who has spoken to the shipping team who have stated that my order could not be delivered to a different address to my billing address which cause the cancellation. However as per your terms of service, ‘delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated by [me]’. Completing my offer for a contract, ie, when purchasing my order, I explicitly stated that I wish my billing address to be X, and my shipping address to be X. To date, there has been no indication that this was ‘agreed otherwise’ (as noted, again, in your terms of service agreement). My original purchase was an offer for tender. This was then accepted once you took the payment from me. All three elements of a contract were, at that point fulfilled, culminating in the equal consideration on both parties.
Why is there an option for two different addresses if you can only use the billing? No other company does this.
