when a person rings the doorbell they cannot hear me, but I can hear them?

HI @user15955. When using the two-way audio on the Live View, make sure you are enabling it by tapping the microphone icon on the screen. Otherwise, your microphone will be muted and visitors will not be able to hear you. Additionally, ensure that the Ring app has permission to use your phone’s microphone by checking it in your phone’s settings.
