Chimes not ringing

Hi, I’m having issues with my chimes now working via the doorbell. I’ve restarted them both, solid blue etc, and if I do a test ring via the app they work. But if the bell is pressed on the outside door/video unit they don’t work. Help me please!

Hi @Mark1962. Make sure to check that your Ring Chimes are linked up to your Doorbell. In the Ring app, navigate to the Devices menu > your Chime > Audio Settings > Chime Alerts. I’d also suggest checking the volume slider under Audio Settings > Chime Tones to ensure the volume isn’t turned down.
