Chimes not connecting

I have five chimes. Now I have moved and need to reconnect to a new home (with an google router). All five are out of warranty and all five refuse to connect. I opened one up to make sure that the reset button was being depressed, then pressed with differed lengths for about half an hour … nothing. It’s too coincidental for that many to fail on hardware, so I think a software update has rendered V1 unusable. Enough time on this, their headed for the garbage.

Hi @TheLonePiper. Is the Ring logo on any of the Chimes lighting up at all after you reset it or when you attempt the setup process? If the light is not on at all, the Chime may not be receiving power. Make sure to try a different outlet, and if that outlet is controlled by a light switch, ensure the switch is on and power is running to the outlet. When resetting a Chime, you should hold down the setup button for at least 15 seconds. After that, try to walk through a new setup process in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. If these steps don't work and the Chime appears to be unresponsive, it would be best to follow up with our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) to see what options are available. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.
