Hi @user47984. If you're referring to a Ring Chime or Chime Pro, ensure it is plugged into an outlet that is receiving power. Try a different outlet and reset the Chime by holding down the reset button on the side for 15 seconds if it isn't powered on. Next, check that the Chime is connected to your wifi network. If it's offline, reconnect it to your wifi network. Then review the settings in the Ring app under Devices > your Chime > Audio Settings > Chime Alerts to ensure the Chime is connected to your Doorbell or Camera. I’d also suggest checking the volume slider under Audio Settings > Chime Tones to ensure the volume isn’t turned down.
