My chime light does not come on or flash and I can’t get it to connect to the wifi
Hi @Pierrelescargot. Could you try resetting the Chime? For this, you will press and hold down the setup button for 30 seconds while the device is plugged in. If you see a hole on the side, you will need to find a pin or paperclip that you can press and hold down in this hole for that time. Once reset, unplug and re-plug in the device to see if you get lights and can set it up!
