Can’t reconnect my chime I’ve tried resetting it by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds and 20 seconds won’t work I’ve also tried plugging it in different outlets won’t work neither anything else I should try to make it work?
Good call on taking those steps, @TonyMontana! Is your Chime showing any lights at all? If you’ve tried multiple outlets and there are no lights showing, this may require a further look from our support team.
LED light indicators on the Chime is a great sign it is powering up, in which pressing the setup button should allow for it to enter setup mode and complete a setup. Feel free to let us know which light patterns and colors are showing, if any.
