Hello my chime connect fine then it wouldn’t make sound. So I deleted the device and now it wont reconnect. When I select my wifi it doesn’t ask for password it just says cant connect and the light on the chime box goes red. I have followed every troubleshooting thing I can find. Getting frustrated! Thanks
Hi @user18371. Try following the steps listed in this Help Center article here. Also, try plugging in the Chime close to your internet router during the install. Once the device is online, you can move it to a more permanent location. Let em know if this helps!
Try checking your home mode too. You might have the settings wrong
