I have tried every recommendation in the books but my chime will not reset. I did a hard reset, but my chime will not reset. Very frustrating to buy something for it not to function and get little support. Can anyone help me? Thanks
Hi @Dandigilla. Why are you attempting to reset your Chime? Are you unable to set up the device? Is the device not functioning as it should with your other Ring device(s)?
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have same issue, their resolution was to buy a new one.
Hi, same issue here. 3 hours on the absolute worst customer support ever. Their solution to me was to buy a new doorbell and chime as mine is 1.5 years old. No wonder they are loosing market share to Nest.
