Our door bell chime quite working awhile ago. I went to press the reset button and noticed it didn’t have a blue ring light. Do these chimes usually need replaced after a couple of years?
Hi @Scott1465. If you find that your Chime isn’t responding, I’d suggest trying a few different power outlets as well as trying a reset. You can reset the Chime by holding down the reset button for at least 15 seconds. If it’s still not responding, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
