Chime stopped receiving power

My chime has been plugged into the wall and working fine. One day it stopped making noise. The light on the front no longer lights up. The outlet receives power (tested and checked in other outlets)… not sure what happened or why but would love to have it make noise again…

Hi @Cam00! The best first step here will be to attempt a setup, even if the light is not showing as intended. Once setup completes, try changing the alert settings and linking your devices to notify. If the Chime does not complete a setup, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
