Chime - short flash then nothing

My Chime gen 1 has been working fine for seveal years, but I recently notice the blue light was not displaying. When I further investigated, it wasn’t showing up on my dashboard.

I unplugged it, left it for several hours, and when I plugged it in it would do ONE green flash and then nothing else. After tawling this community I tried a reset by holding in the button on the right for about 30 seconds.

I now get ONE amber flash but nothing else.

Is it now a brick?

Spoke with support. Concluded that it is indeed a brick.
Replaced at no cost.
