Is there an option to get a plug replacement for the chime pro? A piece broke off the edge of the plug so it won’t connect anymore. So I don’t need to replace the whole chime but just the plug.

They can take a look at the warranty on your device and determine if this is a part that can be replaced or if the Chime Pro itself will need to be replaced.
