Chime removal from old account i do not have access to
cs-support

I have Ring doorbell and a chime connected to it. The doorbell and the chime are both in an old Ring account that i do not have access to anymore simply because i forgot the password and the email address i used to register the account with does not exist anymore. I managed to factory reset the video doorbell itself and add it to a new account. But i cannot add the chime to the doorbell now, as it seems that it is still linked with the old account. Any suggestions. (Factory reset does not do it). Grateful for all suggestions
