Chime Problems

My Chime continually goes off line and must be reset. I have changed outlets several times, in fact it is currently about a foot from my router. I have four wireless cameras and a doorbell, all of which have no problems

Once I go through the set up process it goes back online but will not stay.

Hi @user14668. Does the network you are connecting this Chime to have an automatic switcher between 2.4GHz and 5GHz? If so, try connecting it to a dedicated 2.4GHz network and see if that will improve the connectivity for your Chime. Let me know how this goes!
