I have had my chime pro for over a year and it has stopped working. I have tried troubleshooting and resetting it but it doesn’t work. The ring logo does not light up or flash even after resetting it. Any thoughts?

Yeah, mine randomly just stopped working… same stuff… very fishy. No recall? Any class actions? Sign me up.
