chime pro 2 or chime pro unable to connect to wifi, all the other ideas l have of ring, connect to my wifi with no problem, help please
Are these devices new?
A while back, I had problems with a new chime pro connecting as well. Have you tried doing a factory reset on the device and then trying the connection process again?
If I recall correctly, I finally had to call Ring Support. They walked me through some trouble-shooting and then had to send me a replacement. The replacement did connect to wifi, but it’s bit buggy as well. Sometimes just disconnects from wifi, and I have to unplug it and re-plug it in to reset. Then it reconnects itself.
