Hi @MrTLat. At this time, you cannot add a Shared User on the Chime or the Chime Pro. This means Shared Users cannot access the Chime Snooze feature. I searched the Feature Request board and found [this request](https://community.ring.com/t/share-chime-and-chime-pro-with-shared-users/7469). I'd recommend adding your feedback and vote to that request, as we utilize the Feature Request board to gather and share new ideas with our teams here.
