I can snooze my Chime Pro but my wife cannot. Is there a setting to allow her to snooze the chimepro?
Hi @MrTLat. At this time, you cannot add a Shared User on the Chime or the Chime Pro. This means Shared Users cannot access the Chime Snooze feature. I searched the Feature Request board and found this request. I’d recommend adding your feedback and vote to that request, as we utilize the Feature Request board to gather and share new ideas with our teams here.
