Chime Pro saying “poor wifi signal” wifi is connected and strong

My chime pro has stopped working and is saying “poor wifi signal” it’s not working at all other than the “night light”

The wired doorbell says it has a strong wifi connection however I have missed deliveries as the app hasn’t popped up to say someone was at the door and it’s not notified that motion or rings have taken place.
