Chime Pro saying “poor wifi signal” wifi is connected and strong
hardwired-video-doorbell

My chime pro has stopped working and is saying “poor wifi signal” it’s not working at all other than the “night light” The wired doorbell says it has a strong wifi connection however I have missed deliveries as the app hasn’t popped up to say someone was at the door and it’s not notified that motion or rings have taken place. Help please 🥺
