Chime Pro not working

Have a chime Pro and can’t get the chime to work when someone rings bell only on my mobile phone not in house

Hi @user78296. Make sure the Chime Pro is connected to your Ring Doorbell and set to play an audible alert. In the Ring app, tap the menu in the top left > Devices > Chime Pro > Audio Settings > Chime Alerts. From there, you can choose if you want an audible alert when motion is detected and when someone rings the Doorbell. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
