Chime Pro not flashing green


I was moving my devices over to a new account (so the house owns them and not me) and both my chime pro and chime (both 2nd G) will only flash blue. Not the green flash required to complete set up.

Is there anyway to factory reset this or any clues how to fix this issue ?

Good question, @Andy6! The Chime devices can be reset by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. This should reset them, including connection, thus requiring a new setup for reconnection. As long as the Chimes are broadcasting the “Ring setup” network in the beginning of the setup, they will be operating as intended and should complete a setup successfully.
