Cannot change Doorbell 4 sound
Doorbell 4 only rings on my mobile smart phone

Hi there, @George57! Once you’ve setup your Video Doorbell and your Chime Pro, you should have the option to connect the two. Follow the steps in this Help Center article to reconnect your Video Doorbell in the Ring app, in which you can choose to change your network and connect to the Chime Pro.
