My Chime Pro will not connect. Used different electrical sockets, pushed the reset and it will not flash or connect. So, of course, the come is not working when someone used the doorbell. Did the Chime Pro go bad?
Does the voice say anthing about trying to connect, or do you get nothing at all? Not sure what could be going on. How is the wifi signal right at the outlet? Have you checked with a wifi scanner for signal strength near the outlet?
