Chime Pro nightlight toggle switch won’t stay on

A neighbor in this Community thread shared success with rebooting their WiFi router. This can be done by simply unplugging the plug for the router and plugging it back in after a few minutes. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device.
