The Chike Pro Blue light is not flashing when switched on. I have changed 5 different power sockets and still no blue light flashing. What to do.
Hi @Ramnanduri. Trying different power outlets is a great start, but I would also recommend resetting the Chime Pro before attempting to set it up again. You can reset the Chime Pro by holding down the reset button on the side for 15 seconds. After that, attempt to set it up in the Ring App again with the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know what happens after trying these steps with your Chime Pro.
I’m having the same issue and tried plugging into other outlets and it will not turn to blue
