Chime Pro inconsistent / unreliable

Has anyone requested a replacement or refund for the unreliable Ring Chime Pro accessory? My Ring Chime Pro has not stayed connected since November 1st. I finally unplugged it.

Hi @bbigheadd. If your Chime Pro is disconnecting from wifi frequently, check what the signal strength is on the Device Health page. A weak or unstable wifi signal would impact the connectivity of your Chime Pro. You may need to move the Chime Pro closer to the wifi router if possible.
